
Kenneth Knapp
Ken joined the firm after 8 years as Director of Litigation Technology at the Boston law firm of Choate, Hall & Stewart.
Ken’s particular expertise is the use of information management technology in complex litigation matters. Ken supported the trial attorneys who represented the defendant in the first paperless criminal trial in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He also has been involved in the development and use of computer technology in numerous other large litigation matters, including civil and criminal conspiracy cases, patent and trademark infringement cases, breach of contract cases, and construction law matters. Ken also has experience in multidistrict litigation.
Ken received his JD from Suffolk University Law School in 1987.
