
Ann Pauly
Ann is an experienced civil litigator. Ann was a trial lawyer at Ropes & Gray for nine years before starting her own law firm in 1995. In February 2002, Ann joined our firm as of counsel. Her practice is focused primarily on commercial, securities, intellectual property and employment matters. She represents large corporations and financial institutions, small businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals in a variety of matters in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, arbitration and mediation. Ann also handles litigation involving trust administration.
Ann is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Duke University and a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School. She was an Executive Editor and member of the Boston College Law Review, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Ann also has graduate degrees from Simmons College and Boston University.
Following law school, Ann served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrew A. Caffrey, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Ann is a past President of the Boston College Law School Alumni Association.
