We represent businesses and individuals in complex litigation matters.  In addition to handling trials in state and federal courts, we have an active appellate court practice. 

We handle business disputes of all types, including business torts, non-competition cases, disputes among shareholders in closely held corporations, intellectual property disputes, securities litigation, and disputes over contract formation and dissolution.  We also handle insurance disputes of all types, including coverage matters.  One of our partners, Tom Maffei, regularly represents lawyers and law firms in professional liability and ethics matters, including representing lawyers in bar disciplinary matters before the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers.  Tom also has an active mediation practice.

We founded our firm in 2000 with the aspiration to become known as one of the best values in Massachusetts for top-tier litigation services.  Through skill, dedication and careful case management, we deliver top quality litigation services in a highly cost-effective manner.  Generally, we charge for our services based on hourly rates that we believe are highly attractive for lawyers of our skill and experience.
